Blackmer, headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI, is a global leader of positive displacement, centrifugal pump, and reciprocating diaphragm technologies. This year, the company will be exhibiting its TX Series Sliding Vane Pumps at the National Tank Truck Carriers’ (NTTC) 30th Annual Tank Truck Show & Maintenance Seminar in Booth 330. The show will take place at the Reliant Center in Houston, TX from October 28 through 30.

TX Series pumps are highly reliable, durable, and efficient. Blackmer recently posted a video on its website demonstrating the TX sliding vane pump’s performance compared to imitation brands or knockoffs in a series of lab tests. The video can be viewed on YouTube or on the Blackmer website.

Blackmer sliding vane pumps feature a unique design that self-adjusts for wear, can maintain desired flow rates, and offers excellent self-priming and dry-run capabilities. Equipped with a mechanical seal and ball bearing construction, the TX sliding vane pump is reliable in tough applications. The pump also features a symmetrical bearing support, which ensures even loading and wear. The pump series is guaranteed by a five-year Standard Warranty and a two year Performance Assurance.

Blackmer TX Series pumps are offered in 1.5-, 2-, 2.5-, 3- and 4-inch port sizes and can handle flow rates from 10 to 500 gpm and pressures to 125 psi. Additional options include Buna or PTFE O-rings, pneumatic relief valves, hydraulic motor adapters and strainers.
