Neptune is a leading pump manufacturer in the process control, chemical treatment, waste water, industrial, and manufacturing industries. The company will be showcasing several of its metering and transfer pump solutions in booth 4656 at WEFTEC in Chicago this September. The conference is expected to be attended by nearly 22,000 people and will showcase new products in a wide variety of industries including hydrology, water, environment, urban systems and water quality.

Designed with water and wastewater applications in mind, Neptune’s Series MP7000 mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pumps are perfect for a wide range of applications. The metering pump utilizes a mechanical design that eliminates the use of contour plates on the liquid side of the diaphragm. In addition, the simple, straight-through valve and head design allows for improved flow characteristics.

The PZ Series electronic diaphragm and Series 500 hydraulically actuated metering pumps will also be featured by Neptune. The PZ Series pumps are built with many unique design features, making them ideal for product applications that function at flow rates of .01 to 20 gph. The Series 500 pumps feature a variable oil by-pass stroke adjustment that allows for outstanding valve performance.

The popular industry-proven line of Abaque® peristaltic pumps will also be highlighted by the pump manufacturer at WEFTEC. From the AB10 to the AB100, the Abaque® line is available in nine different sizes with flow rates that range from .07 to 211 gpm, or .015-48 m3/hr. Because the hose pumps are made of ductile iron and steel, they are able to offer maximum discharge pressures as high as 217 psi, or 15 bar.
