A Better, Faster Way to Source Pumps

New Range of Dosing Pumps from NOV Mono

NOV Mono manufactures progressive cavity pumps for the waste water, chemical, food, beverage, paper, mining, mineral processing, marine, agricultural and oil & gas industries. The company recently released a new range of dosing pumps designed specifically for low flow, precise dosing applications.

The dosing pump provides users with smooth pumping action to accurately transfer low flows. It can also be operated at high pressures up to 1044 PSI. The pump has zero pulsation and very low shear and is suitable for either intermittent or continuous dosing applications.

Manufactured to ISO 9001:2008 quality assurance standards, the modular design of the new dosing pump means the four models in the range can handle flows from 25 liters/hr (0.11 USGPM) to 1,250 liters/hr (5.5 USGPM) and pressures from 12 bar (174 psi) up to 72 bar (1044 psi). Because this pump does not contain any valve components, blockages are completely eliminated, extending the life of the pump.

All pump components except for the body, coupling rod and suction chamber are supplied in stainless steel by default. Internal pump components can also be optionally constructed of Hastelloy, which allows the pump to be used in severe chemical environments. Stators are also available in a variety of different materials and enable the pump to handle a wide variety of applications, and again, increase the pump’s resistance to wear. Other optional features include a range of fixed or variable speed drives with mechanical variable speed or a frequency inverter.
