A Better, Faster Way to Source Pumps

Sewage Pump Manufacturers

Looking to connect with a sewage pump manufacturer?

Sewage pumps are used in many different applications including private homes, commercial buildings, sewage lift stations, and sewage treatment plants. Generally, they can handle solid sizes ranging from 2 inches to 6 inches for larger municipal systems, but it is very important to analyze your system to determine the right sewage pump size. That’s were a pump manufacturer can help.

A sewage pump manufacturer can work with you to determine the right pump type and size for your application. They can also make recommendations for installation.

PumpScout works with several suppliers. We have listed a few below, but you can also use the search module to the right of this page to connect with additional companies.

More information about sewage pumps:

The primary function of sewage pumps is to move solid and liquid sewage to a higher elevation. Most are considered centrifugal submersible pumps, where the pump and motor are encased in a hermetically sealed chamber. The machine sits at the bottom of the sump that is used to capture sewage, and it automatically turns on when the sewage rises high enough to trigger the power mechanism. In smaller sewage pump systems, the process is automated. There is an attached floating bulb that turns on the power when it rises above a certain level, and the power goes off when the bulb lowers below the shut-off level.
