WTG Series

RedScrew’s WTG series twin screw pump is offered with timing gear transmissions, which is well suited for transferring non-lubricated fluids. The pump includes a double suction design and is configured so there is no metal contact between the hydraulic components and the automatic axial balancing.

The WTG series screw pump is ideal for a range of operating conditions; it can handle both low or high viscosities, clean or abrasive fluids, and corrosive or non-corrosive fluids. The pump has a flow rate capacity from 5 gpm to 10,000 gpm, a max differential pressure to 900 psi, and allows for max temperatures to 650 degrees F.

NTG Series

The NTG series twin screw pump is RedScrew’s single suction design. The screw pumps are designed to move lubricating fluids with high viscosity, such as residual oil and bitumen, at medium or high temperatures (up to 650 degrees F). The NTG pump is used in the chemical fiber, petrochemical, asphalt, oil terminal, shipping, heavy fuel oil markets, and more.

The NTG series pump has low noise, no fluid agitation, and can handle up to 2,200 gpm flow with pressure up to 230 psi.

Triple Series

RedScrew’s Triple series screw pump is used in petro-chem, iron and steel, power, fuel oil delivery, shipping industries, and more. The triple screw technology uses a cycloid profile of meshing principals at the screw profile. The power spindle is driven by a motor and the idler spindles are driven by fluid hydraulic power in an intermeshing screw groove. Hydraulic force on the spindle is balanced by hydraulic load on the balanced piston.

The pump is available in four models to meet special application needs, is self-priming, and requires low maintenance. The screw pump has a max flow capacity to 1,400 gpm, max temperature to 530 degrees F, and a differential pressure limit to 2,250 psi.

Multiphase Series

The RedScrew Multiphase Series screw pump is manufactured for medium to low pressure applications in the oil & gas, offshore platform, crude oil, and natural gas industries. RedScrew multiphase screw pumps are commonly used in oil fields with untreated streams.

The pumps have a max flow to 6,500 gpm, max differential pressure to 870 psi, and max temperature to 250 degrees F.

Specialty Twin Series

RedScrew’s Specialty Twin screw pumps can be used in petro-chemical plants, molten sulfur, and asphalt applications. The pumps are easy to maintain, quick to install, and have low vibration. Custom configurations are available.
